1) What we collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically via cookies and similar technologies (subject to your consent choices described in Section 3), and from service providers or partners. Categories include:
Identifiers & contact info (name, email, phone, shipping/billing addresses, account IDs).
Commercial information (orders, carts, quotes, saved designs, proof approvals, returns).
Internet / network activity (device/browser details, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address).
Payment info (processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners; we do not store full card numbers).
User content (artwork uploads, instructions, messages, and chat conversations if you use our live chat feature).
Inferences (segments or interests derived from your interactions).
Job-related info if you apply for a role.
Sensitive data only if you provide it for a specific purpose (e.g., accessibility notes); we do not use it for advertising.
2) How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and improve the Site, products, fulfillment, and customer service.
- Process orders, payments, proofs, artwork, delivery, and returns.
- Personalize your experience (e.g., remember your cart, recommend products).
- Perform analytics and measure Site performance.
- Conduct marketing and advertising, including retargeting and ad measurement, subject to your consent choices where required.
- Respond to live chat inquiries and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or security incidents; comply with legal obligations; enforce our terms.
3) Cookies, consent, and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand usage, and deliver and measure advertising.
Consent banner. Visitors in certain regions — including the EEA/UK, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Illinois — are shown a consent banner before non-essential cookies or tracking identifiers are placed. For these visitors, non-essential cookies are not set, and non-essential tracking technologies are prevented from storing or transmitting identifying information about you, unless and until consent is given. Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the cookie preferences icon (displayed after a consent choice is made), or through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link available in the Site footer on every page. Our consent management platform records consent choices and applies them across the Site.
Google Consent Mode. For Google services, we implement Google Consent Mode: Google tags either do not load, or operate in a restricted, cookieless mode that does not store identifiers on your device, unless and until consent is given.
Technologies currently in use on the Site:
| Technology | Purpose | Provider |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Analytics and site measurement | Google LLC |
| Google Ads | Advertising conversion measurement and remarketing | Google LLC |
| Meta Pixel and Conversions API | Advertising measurement and retargeting (Conversions API delivered via a server-side gateway) | Meta Platforms, Inc. |
| Microsoft Advertising (UET tag) | Advertising conversion measurement | Microsoft Corporation |
| Microsoft Clarity | Site usage analytics (heatmaps and session analytics), served via the Microsoft Advertising tag | Microsoft Corporation |
| LiveChat | Customer support chat | Text, Inc. |
| OptinMonster | Visitor engagement and email capture | Retyp, LLC |
| vCita | Scheduling and customer communication | vCita, Inc. |
| YouTube embedded video player | Video content display and playback measurement | Google LLC |
| Vimeo embedded video player | Video content display and playback measurement | Vimeo.com, Inc. |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Security and fraud prevention | Google LLC |
| CookieYes | Consent management | CookieYes Limited |
These technologies may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed, and may transmit that information to the providers named above. A complete, current list of cookies in use — including names, purposes, and durations — is available on our Cookie Policy page, which is maintained through our consent management platform and updated automatically as our configuration changes.
Your controls. In addition to the consent banner and cookie preferences icon described above, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. You may also transmit a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we treat as an opt-out of sale/sharing for covered residents (see Section 6). Restricting cookies may affect Site functionality such as your cart.
4) Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. Because there is no industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals. We do recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals and treat them as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by applicable law.
5) Disclosures of personal information
We may disclose your information to:
Service providers / processors (hosting, payment processing, shipping and logistics, design/proofing tools, CRM/helpdesk, live chat, consent management, analytics).
Advertising and measurement partners, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft, for advertising, measurement, and attribution, subject to your consent choices where required. Under California law, this disclosure may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets).
For legal or safety reasons (to comply with law or protect rights, safety, or security).
We do not disclose full payment card numbers to advertising partners. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money.
6) Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access and portability of your personal data.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion of your data (subject to legal exceptions).
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Withdraw consent to non-essential cookies and tracking at any time via the cookie preferences icon or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer, with effect from your next page view.
- Object to or restrict processing (EEA/UK); withdraw consent at any time.
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer, adjust your preferences via the cookie preferences icon, transmit a GPC signal (which we honor as an opt-out request), or email us as described below.
To exercise rights: email support@custommadecasino.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law.
7) Your advertising and analytics choices
- Consent banner and cookie preferences icon: the primary controls for visitors in covered regions, as described in Section 3.
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage Ads Settings in your Google account.
- Meta technologies: manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
- Microsoft Advertising: manage personalized ad settings in your Microsoft account.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): honored as an opt-out of sale/sharing where legally required.
8) Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes described (including legal and accounting requirements), then delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices. Consent records are retained as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.
9) Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it consistent with applicable law.
10) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — for example, TLS/HTTPS for data in transit, access controls, web application firewalls, malware monitoring, and encryption through our payment partners. No method is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords.
11) International users
If you are outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and obtain consent for non-essential cookies in the EEA/UK.
12) State-specific disclosures (U.S.)
Privacy laws vary by state. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Texas, Oregon, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy or communications-privacy laws may exercise the rights described in Section 6 using the contact methods listed there. Visitors from California, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Illinois are shown the consent banner described in Section 3 before non-essential tracking technologies are activated.
13) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we will post them here and provide additional notice where required.
