Upload your logo or photo, add text, adjust placement, and preview your design on the chip in real time. When you're happy with the result, add to cart and check out. Our production team reviews every order before printing and will contact you if any adjustments are needed. You can also request a free virtual proof if you'd rather have us design it first.

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. For the sharpest print results, use a high-resolution file — 300 DPI or higher is ideal. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best for logos with clean edges. If you only have a low-resolution image, our team will do their best to optimize it and will notify you before production if quality may be an issue. We'll never print something that won't look good without telling you first.

Yes — all full-color chip styles support different designs on the front and back at no extra charge. This is popular for putting your logo on the front and a denomination, event name, or promotional message on the back. Hot stamp chips can also be printed on both sides for an additional fee. Minimums vary by chip style. Most custom poker chip styles start at 50 chips. Ceramic chips have a 100-chip minimum due to the dye sublimation process. If you need a single chip for a sample or special gift, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate. For orders with multiple denominations or designs, each variation typically needs to meet the style's minimum quantity — or contact us for a custom quote on mixed orders.

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days after artwork approval from our New York facility. Rush production is available — select your production time at checkout for 1-day turnaround on most chip styles. Ceramic chips require 10–12 business days due to the dye sublimation curing process. If you have a specific event date, note it in the special instructions field and we'll confirm your timeline before production begins.

Our design team will create a professional mockup and email it to you for approval. No payment required until you approve the proof. We can also work from rough sketches, brand guidelines, or even just a description if you don't have final artwork ready.

For a full-color logo or photo with maximum print area, ceramic chips are the best choice — dye sublimation prints edge-to-edge across the entire chip surface with no border restrictions. For a high-quality logo at a lower price point, our full-color direct print chips starting at $0.37/chip print in a 1–1.25" center area and are the most popular option for logos, corporate branding, and event chips.
